Welcome to Declenaro. These terms govern your access to our analytics software and related offerings at declenaro.com ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

Declenaro provides business analytics software and related professional assistance ("Services"). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

2. Digital Products

Declenaro offers downloadable digital content such as guides, datasets, and training materials ("Digital Products"). Delivery occurs electronically upon completion of purchase.

3. Physical Products

We may offer tangible items for shipment. Orders are subject to availability and shipment timelines.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their account. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in local currency. Payments must be made by accepted methods at the time of purchase. Declenaro reserves the right to adjust prices and payment terms at any time.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Overview

Declenaro strives for user satisfaction. This section outlines eligibility and procedures for requesting a refund of payment.

6.2 Professional Services

If you cancel a booked service session at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once within thirty days at no additional charge. If a session is canceled by Declenaro, you will receive a full refund within fourteen business days.

6.3 Digital Products

Due to immediate electronic delivery, purchases of Digital Products are final and not eligible for a refund once the download link has been provided.

6.4 Physical Products

Physical items may be sent back to our address within thirty days of receipt in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back items are the purchaser’s responsibility. Upon inspection, Declenaro will process the refund to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
